REFUND POLICY


1.   Refund Policy for WorldPay Payments

We have selected WorldPay to pay for the processing of online payments. WorldPay is trusted and utilised by thousands of businesses in nearly all parts of the world and is recognised as a secure and easy-to-use payment solution over the Internet.


2.   Credit/Debit Cards Accepted

We accept the following card payment providers via WorldPay:

·        MasterCard

·        Visa

·        American Express

3.   Transaction Currencies


We only accepts payments in Great British Pounds (GBP).


4.   Right to Cancel and Refunds


4.1 We will send you an email confirming that we have commenced our services as per your instructions. We will aim to do so within 48 hours of your order. In this period you will have the right to cancel your order and be fully refunded.


4.2 If you cancel your order and we have commenced our services in accordance with Clause 4.1, you will not be entitled to a refund.


4.3 If We, for any reason, do not accept your order, your payment will be refunded within 14 calendar days.
